The clients had specific requirements: they desired a modern and uncluttered floor plan that offered both privacy and a sense of spaciousness, despite the small floor plan. The bathroom, bedroom, living room, kitchen, and hallway all exude elegance and functionality. We integrated the rear portion of the ADU with a newly constructed deck, while honoring the vernacular of the surrounding cedar-shingle homes.
